Memory for the AI tools you already use
Korium keeps what you explain, with the reason and who decided, so the next chat, the next assistant and the next coworker start from what came before.

Invoice export
Where
lib/billing/invoice_export.ex 41 to 97
test/billing/invoice_export_test.exs 88
Why
Finance disputed three canceled invoices in Q1, so canceled orders never reach the export. Lee decided, March 12.
Watch out
The April 2 change moved the filter from the view into the query. The old note is kept, marked replaced.
The map says where. The memory says why.
Accounting
2023 return, 1099-K from a payment app
Why
The $4,200 was the client selling used furniture for less than they paid, so it was not income. Dana decided, Pat signed off, March 28, 2024.
Evidence
The client's list of items sold with what each originally cost, and their email of March 20.
Watch out
Since this notice, the firm reports these sales and backs them out, so the totals match what the payment app sent. Firm rule, added May 2026.
The return says what. The memory says why.
Compliance
Change approval, SOC 2 CC8.1
What the criterion says
Changes are approved before they go live, and splitting duties is considered. CC5.1 allows other controls where splitting duties is impractical.
How we do it
Documented other controls, plus approval records an auditor can sample. Decided September 15, after reading the criteria.
Watch out
The second-approver rule came from vendor guidance, not the criteria. The old note is kept, marked replaced.
The criteria say what. The memory says why.

The loop
Every step reads from one memory. Every step saves back to it.
Pick a workflow. The steps are the ones you already run. Korium is the memory underneath, so each time around starts from everything the last one learned.
Client calls
Only the brief reads from Korium. Everything after the call saves into it, so the next brief on that contact starts from what the last call decided and what is still open.
Vet visit
The vet keeps every clinical decision. Korium makes sure what the owner and the assistant said reaches her complete, before she walks in.
Software change
This is how Masthead runs engineering work on Korium: search memory before the first change, save what was learned before stopping.
Family care
Caseworkers change and files go missing. The family keeps the whole history, so nobody has to start over and nothing depends on one person remembering it all.
Decisions and their reasons, kept together. Every answer links to who said it, when, and what it replaced, so the next person starts from the evidence, not the opinion.
01 Memory
Ask in plain words
What did we promise Acme on the renewal call? Korium answers with what was kept and what is still open.
02 Code map
The map says where. The memory says why.
Your agent finds the right code and the decision behind it, then reads the code itself before it changes anything.
03 Corrections
A correction changes the guidance, not the past
When a decision changes, the old one is kept and marked replaced, so nobody acts on it by mistake.
